Looks nice. Everything looks real to me except for the building itself. I believe the strong highlight on the side of the building is throwing it off for me. Your sun is obviously setting/rising off to the left edge in the background, but your building has a highlight on it as if the sun is setting/rising on the right side. What would be causing the strong specular on the right side of the buildings?

Also the Building material itself is kind of strange, almost feels like plastic. I think because it feels like it's not reflecting any of the environment at all.

I do like the fact you can see inside the building. Nice touch!

Looks great, the only thing is to add reflection to the glass and use a similar coloured environment in your scene as your background sky.
You could also add a reflection render element, and while your at it Refraction, GI, Self illumination and Lighting elements.
And then the fun begins in PS.
Hope you don't mind, had some fun myself.

For the streaks i do this in PS:
New layer set to "Linear Dodge"
Draw a few lines (soft brush, pick and then shift pick - to get a straight line).
With the different brush strokes use a couple of different colours, sizes and opacity.
Clone the layer and pop in underneath, blur it with a medium sized gaussian blur. I then normally duplicate this layer a couple more times until I get the intensity.

              Done!
