I would reduce a little the bump amount, and beware of the vertical gaps on the bricks, they are bigger than the horizontal ones.
Have you put a shadow mapped light? Maybe should be better to change for Vray shadows, unless this cloudy day is intentional.
And I dont`t know if the railings could be thinner also.
And finally another point of view, with vertical lines corrected.

        Hope it helps.

        Joao.

the scene is lit with an Hdri taken from the site with 1 vray light just to bring up the shodows a bit.

actually an hdri will not be your best bet here. If you were adding an object to a real photo then it will work well. but since its a recreation of the entire building then it might not work since your hdri will contain the building in it. So basically your building in the hdri will be contributing to the light. and also your 3d building will be contributing to the light. If that was an empty lot where a building would be built and you took an HDRI of the area so that the surrounding buildings would be in reflections and lighting then that would make a bit more sence. But, i could easily be wrong. the lighting does look nice. but i agree it looks like a cloudy day.

                  I like the lighting...

Anothe suggestion, like João said I agree that it should have less bump in the floor bricks. Probably I would also try to desaturate the brick color and perhaps a little more darker too, to focus more the intervention.

A little more contrast would be nice I know its in England

The floor looks to tilled, try to mix different RGB levels with a noise map, perhaps it helps.

                              1- Auto-contrast
                              2- levels
                              3- Duplicate the image
4- Soft light filter to the new layer

                              thats it
