That's very unique as far as architectural animations go, I've got to admit I was much more interested in the Lions and UFO's than the architecture. Although it was done very well I think the connection between the UFO's/Lions and how they related to the development was a stretch for me.

Jip it is very unique. That doesn't mean it is good and frankly the 1st 1min 14 seconds are just a waste. The roads are a bit too clean and uniform, the car turning is a bit too quick. Not much of the actual development is shown that would make me want to live there.

I liked 3 things:
The shot with the jug of juice on the table looked real
The vfx was sort of cool, but better suited for a different project
The soundtrack is well chosen and fits in nicely with the visuals. (Again as Devin said, the ufos and lions are a bit much)

The actual architectural part of the thing could do with a lot more realistic feel, too saturated greens and not enough detail.
But from a vfx point of view, it wasn't bad
