Just posting my first vray work on the net.

Well better late than never with a responce. Overall the animation looks pretty good, however, here is the million dollar question. It would appear you have quite a few reflective surfaces between the water and the building glass, so how long was the rendering time per frame?

It does take time to download - will try to get a better quality version on divx format in future.

The model nearly reached 1.5 million faces at one point so, I had to reduce it by half - cars, trees etc.

The animation was 1025 frames and took 60 hours to render ! Pretty amazing considering the face count was 750,000. I pre rendered the photon map (full size) and irrad map (half size) before setting it to go at full size. Without this technique, it was going to be months for it to finish - literally !

Animation are always welcome... Anyhow, there is not much GI to see in your scene, it seams to be flickerfree and thats best.

Good work, would like to see it in full resolution.

Maybe you could explain how you did the photon maping and irrad map process... Think many of us have tried it, with little experience...
