    Looks very good.
Maybe play a bit with the levels of the woman. She needs some highlights seeing that she is halfway in the sun
Maybe add some liquid to the container in the foreground.
Hmm and doesn't this place have any light fittings or freestanding lamps?
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

I like the overall ambience but on my (calibrated) screen I feel there is a slight greenish cast, maybe reduce it, just a bit.

Looking nice.. may be adding few pot lights or any light fixture in the ceiling will add to the feel.. right now ceiling which is taking 1/3 of the image is looking empty..

Thank you very much, did some adjustments on the woman, added a pendant light and changed position of images...
I thinks it´s a lot better now, but the client still wanted something different. coming soon.

            thank you very much.

Looking much better, as someone already said earlier thr is little greenish tint in the scene also if you can add lil contrast to the scene, but looking better thn before for sure!

I prefer the first one. I enjoy a lot of contrast. I don't care for the woman at all. I think people ruin a lot of renders, like 95% of them. She looks lonely, and like she's looking at the camera, it's bothersome. I'd prefer her if she were over near the window on the left (in the BG still) looking out it and smiling, because at the moment she just looks awkward.

Now enough of the woman crit. The images and environment are beautiful. There is too much of a green tint on the first image posted, but too bright on the new ones. There are a couple too many teal books on the shelf, and you win this years award for most convincing fireplace!

                  Very nice.

                    Thank you Colin.

I agree completely about the woman and people in general. I´d prefer doing renders without people at all, but you know, this is for a real estate company and they definitly want a person in there.
Nevertheless, i´m gonna change her anyway because i don´t like her too.
In most renderings the people ruin the whole image (not only mine).

And i also like renderings with even a lot more contrast than the first one, but in most cases the clients say something like "ohh, in the background it is too dark, i can´t see all the little details, and the appartment shouldn´t look too dark for selling them..."
So the last ones have been brightened up alot in post just to please the customer.

When it´s done, i´ll post the final one even if it will not match everyones taste (including mine).

and, thanks for the kind words and your relly helpful crits.

                      So, now here it is.
The customer is happy with this one now. I´ve tried to put a little more contrast in now. Just a bit, that the customer didn´t see it.
I think it´s good enough now for four days of work beside a way bigger project. Thanks for your help though.

Looks great eyebee. I always get the comment "make it brighter"...People are scared of dark values in images. So sad.

Thanks Colin ! I know, in most cases my customers want the interiors to be unnatural bright.
Perhaps because my knowledge in photography and skills in colorgrading aren´t that good yet.
Would love to do as good renderings as some guys do around here, but its getting better and better.

The crits and tricks from this forum really help a lot.

Here is a view from the garden of this appartment building.
What do you think about it. The client is quite happy with the result.
crits very welcome though. i always want to improve my skills.
