It’s a last year model that i made for a client, its a house outside Lima city in Peru, the architecture was done by Vortice architects, the focus was to put enphasis on the main facade and the pool in from of it, i also put a wodden sun and shadow that it’s not part of the original plan but it gave me the opportunity to put a nice creeper, Pyrostegia venusta, a plant that is part of my chilhood memories. I hope everyone likes it.

Thanks for your comments, im really glad for it.
@jhonszot; it has a 2side but on this view doesnt appeal, the light coming on front doesnt help me with that, thanks for your point.
@emonimo; good point, i though it could be enough with the shadows of the wall trees near the camera to give some depht, but maybe im wrong, ill work on that.
@pailhead, yes they are, i tweak them a lot to match my views.

This proyect gave the opportunity to test them, i usually do boring mid day lighting for advertising that doesnt allow me much room to experiment with lighting moods ( but hey, it pays the bills ).

Nice ones. I like the mood. The flowers would be my main critique too. The petals also seem to be missing smoothing groups / show facetting.

            Regards,
            Thorsten

I love the overcast ones a lot!

Agree about the first image looking a bit flat and the comments about the flowers. Is the structure around those flowers made of timber or corten steel? Either way the material could improve. Other than that great work.

a like the dusk ones as well....about the landscape, the house looks clean and new but the grass looks too wild in my opinion!!
I have some of those HDRI by pg and they are great....it's easier if you link a vray sun to vraydome so you will know where is the sun in your background as well as improving the shadows if you need it.

                Good work!!

great job! The grass looks like igrass with multiscatter. I am having issues with multiscatter, it makes my scenes very unstable. do you enjoy working with it?

@instinct; im glad you like it and thanks for your sugestion
@Drawehn; its wood , but it shine a lot, i should tweek it more hehe.
@flino2004; indeed they are great, Thanks to peter for such a great work, i'm planing to do some hdri by myself but still stuck on looking for a roof with no tall buildings near.
@glorybound; for me working with MS its great, it give me a lot of room to make random things, like the grass or the trees behind. For the grass i made a mask (painted with viewport canvas) with black and white to place the grass geometry(white), and for the black a displacement mod. Only 6gb of ram where used on this scene. I hope it helps you.

HDRI in Lima would be a very difficult task....too cloudy, people everywhere, etc !!....a great place would be Paracas!! Sunny, a lot of flat areas with not buildings and excellent weather and beautiful sunsets.
