I think the last image is the most successful out of the bunch; followed by the first image. The second image camera could use some tweaking and the third reads a little flat; a change in the time of day may help with that.
There are some nice materials all around.
There's some grass tiling and the majority of the foliage lighting/shadows are much too dark; some clear texture? errors on the plants in the second image. Also.. the hedge in the 1st view needs attention. Actually, it looks like all of the hard shadows are an unnatural black.
The shadows under the people could use work and most, if not all, don't match the lighting conditions.
What is the group of four medical people doing? Singing doo-wop, cackling over another victim of the health care system or telling a joke? I think they stick out, and are in all but one of the images.
I think these are on the way to being something stellar, but wait for a professional to respond.
