  • A Backgammon...

This is my first image uploaded here. Feel free to critique:

I think the scene is OK. May be some lighting tweak, the left side of the scene is too much lightened...

    P.S. Nice hinge!

looks really good, i love the wood.

The dice are way to small though, the should be about twice the size atleast, i think it would also be better if the shot was pulled back abit.

I'd say the dice look too small.

However, certainly there are dice that size, the most common sized
dice with backgammon sets should be about equal to the width one of
the crossbeams of your backgammon board.

        Looks good beyond that, however!

Guys, I'm very happy if the dice are the only problem, becouse in our country we play backgammon with smaller dice, that's why I made them wiht this exact size.
            Thank you anyway!!!

WOW! Much better! I love the light, but I think the "pills" ( ) are too bumpy. Overall great job.

                  NICE!!!

За БГ феновете: "pills" = "пулове", че не можах да го измисля...

glossy reflection on the wood plus a bit of DOF would considerably improove the image. But it looks great!

effective use of DOF and glossy, even in the context of backgammon!

I changed the point of view a little and used Depth of Field at rendering effects ( I tried with the DOF of the camera but I chouse this one).
I think it's geting better...., but would you help me with some nice Glossyness (Natty).
I have some reflection on the board but the glossiness slot is empty.

@asango I saw the other backgammon, yes I like it ))

...thanx guys and I'm sorry if you get [x] fot the pics may be the server is down at the time.

This is the final work. I should post it when I finished it weeks ago but I thought the topic was boring already, wright now I don't care.

                            Here is the Backgammmon:
