Looks like from a newbie of rendering.
Some suggestions for a start: use a radius at your spotlights and you get a blury shadow and the shadows are not so clear chaotic mixed. More reality you get per arealights. Also, try to use light colored lights.
I recommend to read the book "Lighting and Rendering" from Jeremy Birn. In the first edition you will find many basic render tricks.www.simulacrum.de - visualization for designer and architects

I feel like a newbie of rendering. I have posted the image not becouse I?m proud of it, as more as I?m having problem with the lightning as you can see. There are no spotlights in the modell, but three lamps whitch are build after you description here in the forum. I have added arealights now, but I still have problems to find a good adjustment.
I have orderd the book, seems like good idear. Thanks for the tip.
Actually would I have prefeured to post the image in a WIP category, but there is non.

Hi Abhikaam,
don't worry, you are going to improve...
tweak one thing at a time to see the effect.
Also,
Keep the scene but remove your chair and put something like a rectangle and two spheres. It will decrease your rendering time for your test. Also reduce the resolution during test. You can use as small as you are able to see the light result details that you aim for.
Like micha told you you can tweak your lights. Use the standars three light cheap beginner setup. one near the ground level, one in the top and one beside your camera lightning the same vector than your camera. Tweak their intensity tou get somethign convincing.
When you use color, stay in low saturation and do a mix between warm and cold colors.
Finally keep a matte surface finish for the ground. seems more professional at first.
Push back the white wall further to have a smoother transition and scale down the effect of your top left light has on it.
Stay calm
good luck,

Hallo Abhikaam,
also good is, to look in cataloges or render galleries and try to reproduce the images.
If you have reflective materials, you need an environment. You could take a HDRI, some arealights or you create at the walls around some light effects.

Hi !
a lot better !
now, move a slightly little higher the light that is right now too close from the ground, this shadows is too powerfull and doing to long shadows for the legs of the chairs.
Then the texture of the wood.
_extractsrf the top surface of the table.
_extractsrf the side of the table
and map the wood texture individually to get something better.
mapping the chair will be a little bit tricky. I think you should concentrate on getting the vertical part right because this is what we see the most. put the grain of the wood clear (H or V) on this part.
The floor is supposed to be white ?
If yes, tweak the multiplier of GI a little bit higher.
The Chrome looks pretty good !
good luck

... try to use area lights like in a real studio. A warm colored from the left side (light orange) and a cool colored (light blue) from the right side (less intensity). Also, you could try to use a light in front of the camera at the "ceiling" so that you get reflection at the table. At the moment the table looks like a matt material.www.simulacrum.de - visualization for designer and architects
