Hi guys, ive been using rhino for around 4 or so years now, mainly in university. but now as part of my job.
ive gotten used to flamingo pretty well and ive had some good results from it, or at least what i would consider good results.
i learned of Vray for Rhino a little over a week ago and from then have been very excited from the prospect of further improving my work.
i took a scene previously done in flamingo and have rendered it in VfR.
i think overall its looking good for a first render. i took settings from a interior tutorial i found somewhere.
maybe some tips and tricks from you guys would be very handy for me, id love to master this program really.
first off ill post my first ever vray render for you to rip apart
im aware that there is plenty of work that needs doing, but i got frustrated with adding materials as they seemed to all come out the wrong size.
here we go then.
first ever render
then i messed with a few things, tried to add textures to the floor walls and chairs, and must of messed with the lighting somehow without knowing as it now comes out super bright!!
go on, laugh!!
