I am architecture student..from prague.. this is my school semestral project .. it was ment to be my personal studio.. we ´ve had specific fictionary place...
how did you create this water?
how long it take to render first image?
thank you ...
well water was the hardest part combination of bump map and point-by-point editing the sureface of water.. whole thing took me one weekend..
Don't be disappointed; a lot of people are probably too busy to be commenting on every image posted on this board. 226 viewing doesn't necessarily translate into 226 people;I could be mistaken though. keep up the good work!
... very nice look
... be careful with the DOF effect, because with to much you get a scale model look
... the wood shelves of the catewalk are looking very thin and I afraid, it will break soon (if the rain makes the wood matured and a heavy man stand on it )
... if you like, add a vignetting effect (for example per photoshop post work - lens correction filter). So you focus the view at the middle of the image and it give a nice photo feeling
... the terrain grass texture looks phantastic and if you can, it could be great, if you could share it with us.
thanks .. now I am less disappointed ;D
i tried vignetting effect but I dont think it helped.. it looked like the light is coming from all sides.maybe I used it in wrong way..
Try vignetting value -14 and midpoint +20. Also some color correction to a warm mood could be good. I play a little with the image, but it's a question of the monitor calibration too.
The only thing that I think would be really helpful is some reference for scale. A person or two in there would help me understand exactly how big it is and the size of the space. Other than that great work.
