can anyone advise on getting the image sharpen,
the edges are not smooth and have no idea
how to get it super clean and to make pic clearer...

You haven't said what resolution you are rendering at, but looking at the fast render time, my guess is it is a low res render. For presentation purposes I suggest that you need to be rendering at 2000 or even 3000 pixel wide.
Otherwise nice model, with lots going on, but I feel there is way too much light in the room, which is bouncing off the floor . . . visitors would need sunglasses!
I suggest you turn off some of the lights.

thanks for the advise... i m rendering at 1000 pixels..
will try a higher resolution soon...
