Really like the render - very cool!
I think the texture sizes may be rather oversize (brickwork etc)
However it is an unusual and intriguing design.
The one with the 'model' works well too. How did you get him to cast a shadow?

Very nice work...I've found white/grayscale renders to be one of the hardest to come out believable and balanced and I think you've done a great job. Good texture on the back wall, and just the right amount of color to make all the white work. Congrats
