PS: displacement settings = edge=2; subdiv=1000; ammount=2; and the displacement map is set to 1.6

Tao, what a wonderful render you've created. Can you share us how you manage to make the 3d plant looks so nice? And how about the carpet(settings/maps/displacement)?

i'll try to make a step by step tutorial on how i did the carpet. i'll post it here by friday i think...as for the 3d plant, i didn't do anything special, the leaves are simple green (just diffuse) and the pot is simple metal, i guess the model is good, not really the settings on the model

I too like the carpet/rug ;D
My only critique would be on the curtain. it looks more like a shower lining than drapes!
