thanks alq. water was done by using water bump map (making the b/w picture with a bit higher contrast) also since water has high reflectivity i increased the IOR to 10.
Did a bit of PS for the blurred using gaussian blur. then i use mask. aplly gradeint so that some part only of the image has the effect. then i lowered down the opacity of the layer where i apply gaussian blur.
i dont really put trees on my rendered image. the reason is im not use too. lately i made an attempt to incorporate it in this image. hope you like it.
Looks much better (imo) with the new background.
Also the dappled shade from the tree (on the building) in the bottom image, would also look good on the top image - maybe even more dappled shade(?)
I like trees. specially in the second image from your latest post.
to pick a little here...something about that curved conc. wall is bothersome. It looks like its built out of paper! and in some other places the score lines dont match.
david, your eyes are really sharp on how to makes stuff beautiful. i absoultely like that idea. the model actually has this 3d tree and the leaves are casting on the wall. but because its too sketchuppy i removed it on the second image. now im trying to look for good trees and trying to do some clipboards. yeah thanks for the adise mate.
hi irs...yeah indeed you're right. when i rendered this model, i was actually disturbed by this. that plane actually is connected with the wood plane. i will be asking santasel to look at the model again. and will bring this matter to him. thanks...
