    Re: Skylighted Concourse

The overall illumination levels and the feel of the scene look good to me.
My only suggestion at this stage would be to adjust the angle of the sun so that it is more oblique - so avoiding the first impressions that the shadows are inclined panels. As an experiment, you might also try softening the shadows a little (increase the sun size multiplier to say about 3)

    Good luck

Those stairs are to narrow, it looks like only one person at a time can use them.
          Make them wider.

          Still nice looking render

Your render looks better than the sketched one.
Do you know Helmut Jacoby? I think you will certainly like his work and probably can render/remake his classic renderings.

ok stairs are wider... added planters and furniture... and signature for that professional look tried changing the sun angle but nothing pleased me and it didnt bother me too much in the first place... :P

C&C wanted... want to make this the render of all renders, theres alot of noise in the corners how do i get rid of that? i pushed up HSP subdivs but it didnt fix it....

Everyone wearing all black gives this a Matrix feel. Overall nice work.

                  Looking good Freeagent
I agree that a softer sun would be nice (sun size multiplier set to 5 or even 10 ?).
What 3d people collection did you use?

                  Cheers,

                              Re: Skylighted Concourse Updated

This is looking much better (although it was good before). I think the darker sky is allowing the reflections in the roof to show up better, and I am glad to see the angle of the shadows changed and softened. My only suggestion now would be the people. They all look a little purposeful - determindly walking straight along - I suggest you need at least one couple just stood there talking, or looking over the balcony as in the sketch.
I do like the bump texture etc. - it has really come to life.

                              Good Luck
