Nice kitchen Jeff! 14 minutes render time? Is this possible? Mine rendered for 4 hrs on a P4/1.4ghz. Looks like my kitchen has a long way to go. I'll post my "kitchenomix" in a while. Hehehe. Regards bro!
Of course it is possible mike here's the proof... the specs Intel Core2quad, 1 Gig Videocard 4 Gig Ram...no spawner...
the model is more on 3ds if you will do the same thing with a low specs , believe me you will spend a whole day waiting for the su, bec of not responding every time you move even if you hide the high mesh models. thats why i have no choice but to use a high specs pc. even my laptop 512videocard 2gig ram and core2duo cant handle this model ..

Oh that's why. Wow! Amazing specs of pc you've got. I wish I could have the same setup. I wonder how much is Quad core now? Thanks Jeff!
Jeff
Excellent piece of work. Materials, reflections, lighting - all very professional.
I like it.
Like Mike said, its interesting to see how fast it renders on your high spec machine - makes me think about upgrading, because the cost of the core2 quad machines has come down quite a lot.
What was the size of the rendered image (pixels)?
Thanks for posting.
I usually render at much higher resolution than that, in the belief that it will make it better quality, but your looks great at 1230. It make quite a difference to the render times too.
It looks like you have put a slight volume light in post render, is there any other post render work?
David
Very nice living room to. Maybe need to watch the burn out, and IMO the outside needs to be much brighter - almost burnt out.
I love the scheme and the render - nice touch with the kitchen things in the foreground.
Did you blur the spice rack in PS?
yes david i done the blur thing in ps and about the brightness i think i need to adjust my monitor so next time it wont be burned to much. thanks for the comments. but unfortunately i need to make another proposal maybe different materials and color combibination bec. my boss want something more hmmmmm....... probably it will be a night scene..or something really dramatic.... ill post it when its cooked... :-\
