Thanks Kim. The stairs are made of wood, glass and stainless steel. I've modified an existing stairs from the SU library. The monochrome effect was thru Photoshop. I just made it superimposed greyscale, then played with the levels and curves.

Just one thing If I may , I wouldn't use bump map for the water, try the procedural noise instead. Much more realistic, less frozen lake effect...
