Hey man, nice work- your 3d skills are impeccable, I just think the p.s madonna doesn't fit
too nicely with you're lighting- u can find plenty of people samplers at www.worldofstock.com Otherwise i envy u'r skill man. U just pick up vray for S.U recently?

nice lighting, nice flooring. there are some traces of areas with hazy smokes in the rendering. i wonder what primary engine you use for you rendering.

          Re: apartment render

I think the overall effect is pleasant, but there are some issues.
The last image has a lot of blotches - if you could try mado's settings it will certainly improve that.
Also, although the effect of the sunlight (soft shadows etc.) is very good, the sun appears to be flooding in from a dark and foggy day outside. I can't quite work out what is going on here. Maybe some PS work required and a bright and fuzzy external image is required, which I think will make it much more realistic.
Hope this is helpful - let us know how you get on with this.

          Regards

          David
