        Congratulations!!! In my opinion,(newbie opinion) exterior scene are very hard to render, (interiors looks more real),but yours, is quite nice. Ok, I have another look, and honestly I really like it! Excuse my english, and keep up the good work!

          Would you mind sharing how you did the grass? ...and possibly the material?
          Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

              Very nice render, and what a background! awesome (especially as seen by me - a suburban dweller!)
              I suggest toning down the saturation of the wooden steps, which are currently a bit intense, but that is a minor point.

                hehe, u have seen it too, although minor point, i agree with you david, the wooden steps were visually striking..

                i just followed micha's method and that's it..played a little on ps to soften it.
