yes Lyv...its traditional concept...going to be constructed this year.I have the version with sky...will post soon.

i think the design concept quite good for a resort....traditional style of architecture created a very peaceful effect for the that purpose(resort)..good choice..

in my opinion, just mine coz maybe others will think in different ways, and sorry if its wasn't a right opinion:

1. you should create some landscape with lots of tree in the surrounding area to give more serenity look to the site..green and water elements create cool and peaceful effect to the site..

2. try to work something with the grass coz it looks too repetitive..i think there's a thread in this forum teach us how to create a beautiful grass that works amazingly with human eye level rendering..it will make ur rendering more realistic and it also will bring out ur building design to look more cooperative with nature coz the building design was good already...just need a simple touch on surrounding area..

3. also try to work something with the roof, coz close up rendering looks so obviously flat..maybe we can ask free agent favour to teach us coz he created fabulous roof texture out there..

that's all..sorry if u're not agree with my opinion..tq

lastly..just wanna ask u...r u malaysian?...coz ur design brings some malay traditional architecture elements on it...if u're malaysians, feels good to have one in this forum coz i'm malaysian..tq.

u can have the roof modeled..
there are lots of modeled roof tiles at 3dwarehouse..

its painstaking though, but will give great results.

thanks for all your comments...really appreciate it.Yup, crash..i'm malaysian.Maybe we could share each other some times.yeah,i know..the roof is totally flat..i could do more to improve,but during preparation for presentation quite tight dateline actually...& i'm sure that once we modelled the roof tiles its going to takes long time to render.Anyway,thanks again..

this one looks better...
with a lot of green element on that rendering..your scenery looks more amazing and cool..
keep on going..
detail modeling is pain enough to work on..
but the result that will bring with it..only god knows the joy and the feeling to see the result after some hard work...
for me..the hard work doesn't matter at all..but the pleasure that come after that is really something to be proud of..
you can do it man...just enjoy it..keep moving on..and you're headed towards it..
