hello andeciuala, i think...and its only a newbie opinion...that the floor tile look just perfect to me, really looks very realistic, but there are few things i think that can be improve, like the tile from the kitchen it has too much bump to me, maybe less would look better, ill change the refrigerator material for some metal blurry material or something like that, and last thing is that for me and its not a render issue, the green color of the wall is to strong its almost flourecent, dont know if i explain myself. But your render settings look very good to me, sorry for my english, hope to be helpfull

I'm just a newbie but man..it looks cool! especially floor tiles are very realistic. I like soft shadows and reflections too ;D
