Living building (warning 4.0mb)

This is a project i was working on for three to four months. I've done everything from the design to planing, 3d modeling physical modeling = toda .

First couple of pics of exteriors than a couple of more from the inside...

If you have any questions feel free to ask and i will gladly explain, from the modeling process to the photoshoping.Everything was done with sketchup, rendered with vray, and finished in ps.

these images are beautiful. It is nice to see unique post render manipulation. Your scale figures are awesome!

The interior shots put my work to shame.

I am not sold on the design of the facade, reminds me of a low income housing project - no offense - I think it could use some more interesting architectural detailing.

Thank you for your comments, they really mean a lot to me.
About the facade, it actually is preety much expensive but i didn model it out quite to the last detail. Building was to be set between the two buildings and there were a lot of compromising to be done resulting in this kind of look.

these are amazing renderings. the athmosphere ist great. it looks like you used an emissive layer for the white walls and people.

it this physikal camera?

anyway it's an amazing approach to v-ray...

No i didnt use emissive layer for walls its effect from ps called diffuse glow.

This really is a physical camera, i use it beacause it gives you a larger specter of adjustments...

i meant multi-family housing
