I like this model of a model approach and think it works well for aerial shots like this.
Nice clean render. Another trick to make it even more like a 'model' is to place a title 'card' (ie the name of the project or name of the consultant) in one corner - it can look quite effective.

nice model, love the wood. those soft shadows make me think you are not using the sky multiplier. Are you looking for some ambience effect in particular?

nice but use sun to shade will look better , for glass refelction , set fresnel , use some hdri - you will find some on google with no problems , its good but it can be better ;]
