    Re: retail shop

Hi chill. nice render as always, but it will be a little bit nicer to make the render a little bit sharper. But overall its something that i try to emulate.
What i want to ask u is where do u get all ur clipmap trees, or do u make them urself?( and how to use them in v ray) I already know how to make a "face me" people in sketchup but still cant figure out how to make clipmap trees/plants.( their outlines appear when u render them.)
    Thnx and Best regards.

          clipmapping

hi Migz here how it goes...

First make sure you have a difuse and alpha chanel of a Jpeg image file
and also a Png file with transparent Background

After that you import the Png file image in SU as image, explode it and group it or make it a component

Link that Material in Vray, you noticed that when you export a Png file in Su and exploded it, you get a reflection and refraction when you link the material in Vray, We dont need this reflection and refraction in clipmapping, Just removed it

After removing the reflection and refraction, click Difuse layer then click the M in the color tab, and change the type into bitmap, then load the Jpeg file image.

Next cllick the M in the transparency tab and load the Jpeg Alpha Chanel Image then invert it..

Click the Map layer check the background tab, click the M and load it again the alpha chanel then invert it..

After those image are loaded, update the Material Preview and its Done..
