first let me say thankyou to andeciuala by giving a trick on ies.....
i tried to used it but i didnt know that he gave link for download that's why i didnt use it properly.... but i came out with another style , this one no vismat just model and omni...(omni really eats time in rendering thats why i think we have to do more research in ies)
if you think its ok to your taste here is the output render of it...

revised work again,, i will not post the old one bec. i think it will be misinterpret by others like other forum i used to post... any way here's the output

hi there, nice work, all u have to do is pick up my already mapped circle on this .skp and scale it to fix on your light source. than add a retangular light very small with a high intensity, small on size to decrease the area shadow.
