very nice stefanq, that shadow bias on the purple wall looks great, maybe im not understanding the space, is it a reading light? if it is i think its too close, it may "burn" your ideas, or something else, but if it is a drying hair machine its perfect i love that combination of wood/chrome and that plant looks great, is it 3D? or a clipmap? i dont know how high is that room, but i think te water level is a bit high nice render man, and that chair looks great too, a bit of eero arnio style
whoa, your getting there my friend!..
just my opinion,
i just think its a little bit wash-out,maybe you could try to adjust the color level.
the vase looks unnoticeable, a lighter color maybe great against its purple wall..
nektares, i dont think that's a hair drying machine?..hehehe.. ;D
Looks good stefanq.. agreed with nomer, you BG needs a bit synchronize with your image.. and maybe some try of andeciuala Fake IES Light? ;D it will be lovely..
First of all, thanks to all, your C&C are always welcome, because I learn allot from you guys. And learning V-ray it's not my primary occupation, so I try to keep up with you all.
@ nektares: thanks for observations, I see the scene with"other eyes" thanks to you :-[
And yes, it is a drying machine hehehe.. :P I'm kidding of course, but will be pretty tricky to re-select " the lamp" ;D because it's a 3ds model and I exploded( don't know why ), and it's like a million chrome pieces now, and it's not the single one with this material
So...lets say that it's a fancy drying machine, OK? :P
The plant it's an 3ds model too, but with this I was lucky, because I didn't have textures for them, so I improvised..
The background it is a plane with that texture on it, and I have problems placing that one too, because it's big and his shadow was tricky (for me) to hide.
Oh, almost forget.. the soft shadows it's so nice thanks to Santos( thanks Jeff for all the advices), I just increase the size of the sun from one to ten..
So.. I'll try to keep in mind all the advices, thanks once again!
@migz.. thanks bro for encouragement, and especially for color level advice, I'm not a PS user, but I did my best, hope that's better now and you definitely right about the pots,
I was trying to make a fancy porcelain material and forget about that color of the wall,
I'll fix that soon, thanks for support, and if you need any texture :P , I'll be glad to help you! ;D
@Nomeradona: thanks for comment nomer, I'll try to fix that background, and if I can't,
I will change it ;D
@vidy: Hi man, thanks for comment, interesting idea with those lights, maybe I'll try a night scene, never did something like that! Thanks again man!
Regards to all,
/Stefan
