i dont do alot of interior renders, heres one ive been playing with recently

Hats off! Wow... Love the edges of the carpet, the edges of the sofa, the softness of the pillows... Wonder how you've done those? Did you model them?! I'm amazed by how the light entered the scene and softly burned portions of the sofa, the floor, and the painting. And the soft shadows - perfect! I'm a newbie around here, and I think I'm in no position to give comments, but I can always appreciate works like this can't I! Haha

Perfect rendering Free Agent!
Perfect control on specular maps,and the best carpet I have
seen in this forum.
I like the way you round the edges of the table, I do that often, since in real world nothing it's perfectly sharp.
Did you use a dirt map for controlling the reflection on the
ceiling too?

Excellent stuff. Love it. I think dappled shade is a 'must' and here it is shown to very good effect, and great composition too.

those pillows are from random couche models i got from www.archive3d.com the couch is a modified form fonts couch... when ever i see a nice element (like a pillow) on the www.archive3d.com models i download and cut it out... there are alot... take a look
