- the background image is a bit high. Adjust it according to the SU horizon line.
- the lamp's bracket needs some smoothing.
- try to use arroway wood planks for floors instead. www.arroway.de
- it would be nicer if the sun's ray entered the room

Hi vhin. I'll try myself to give you some constructive critics like Mike.
First, about those shadows, sometimes it is helping to go to the GI(Skylight) and push the update button. Of course, you have to use sketchup shadows, and to have "default lights" on, in the Global Switches. Also, you could remove the reflections from the wall ( I never put reflections on them, but that it's a personal choice), and try to do something with geometry of the windows, to make them more realistic, and put some geometry as well on the ceiling, above those nice lamps. The floor material it's OK, just scale a little bit down the texture (pattern). And the wooden bed should have some reflections ( try 1.3 IOR,and 0.85 on refl. glossiness).
OK, that's all( for now ) ) just an advice, don't give up old scenes, try to improve them as much as you can, because if you do that, next time when you make a new one, you will do a better job, and of course you will have other issues ( I hope not), but no problem, this forum it's full with nice people, and always you will have support.
Good rendering!
Stefan

not bad at all, but the image of the exterior has a wrong tilt, it looks
like the house has a weird inclination. nice render man, but still you
