i think the wood floor is to mutch reflective, and the bit map applied to carpet is in low quality.

more than realistic, this looks very artistic and i like it very much, the plants on the exterior ar 3d?, they look great, very nice carpet, lady and the cat, i think this is a very diferent and original render, congrats.

The image is supposed to be an idealized version of reality. More of a stylistic choice to push the saturation and reflectivity.
The entire exterior is done in photoshop as well as most of the materials on the interior.

very nice especially the blurry reflection. how many subdivision you use to have that nice blurrf reflection
