    This initially started out as a scene to test various water settings but i got a bit carried away so b4 i go any further i would like to get your comments?

      Yes, it's very nice, and with some tweaking over some materials, I think it will be a very successful rendering!

                hey can you send us details on how you got that water? bumpmap used? noise? reflection? etc? i created a similar water but the sun really affects it

                    thanx for all ur comments ill be sure to post the finished scene on the forum. for this water i used noise in the bump map slot as experiments prove to lessen render time rather than to use displacement.the secret was not giving the water a color but let it be colored by the container and the environment.the reflection also was set to a high value for the Fresnel color above 24o.
