That's only test so that have alot of broblem. And i think you can help me to answer the question :
This PIC have some noise in somewhere,and what is true cause? light cache too little ? ( LC 800 because is only Test) or Subdips of Light ( rectang light and Sky Imviroment in scene ). I can't Test with LC too hight because it take alot time. This pic 800X500 take me 1h. Thank you ! ( Sorry that my english too bad )

i have a little experien that : With glass material i allway use Sketchup tranparency not import anything vraymaterial. I hope that useful with you.

u can try to use QMC for the image sampler and then if u want reduce the value of the noise of you QMC. HOPE THAT WAS HELPFUL.

I like your graphics on the wall. make your IR multiplier higher. Also put invicible rect light on the window to make smooth the walls.

check if your primary engine is 'Irradiance Map', i think it will to get rid of that noise.
The glass on top of the coffee table is looks grate.
