      Re: Apples

The texturing is great, but the apples look slightly too similar to me, perhaps a slight squish here and there with the smoove tool. And just maybe a droplet of water or something to make them look more edible. nice work anyway

Nice Bro! Those apples look darn tasty! What modeling tools did you use?

          Thanks for the positive feedback.

Chisel: The model from 3darchive.com my goal was to make them as real as i could.

Princedragoncok: as for the texture, i'm pretty happy. droplet of water is grate idea! how can i pull it off, with Ps or SU? (if its Ps could you explain how?)

            Re: Apples

Well I was thinking su, but in fact ps would probably be easier - i'm useless at ps though.. So I'd say use a sphere and scale it as much as possible to get it to look like a water droplet (or even better: use subdivide and smooth if you have it) then set the transparency to 100% and give it some reflection and refraction. Have a look at some real juicy apples on the internet to get an idea

              Thomthom,
Thanks for the tip, i''l apply it next time.

I though to post the latest improvement that i've done to this scene:
              -Added bump to apple's texture
              -New apple's 'stick'

Overall i'm trying to achieve realistic photo
I'll appreciate any suggestions and advices....

                  Thank you andeciuala,
I need to register in order to be able upload. It's a 25mb file (i'm using the original vfsu release).
If you want i can upload it to another share.

I thought to add a DOF but then i will lose the detail of the wall (witch i like).
Do you guys have any suggestions?
