wonderful work as usual. i want to know how u do the road as well..(w/that crack) i like the little details like that. btw...are u an architect? or u do rendering for living? always great to see your works.
Very nice. I like all the details. Would you mind posting the plain B/W SketchUp view like you did in one of your previous posts. I always think it's great to see the plain geometry along with the final render.
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.
Its nice to see a good render like this..very inspirational..
Did you used madoext?what type of glass you got there bro? whats the size of polygons of xfrog trees?
artchun: im not an architect (i dont have as many architectural magazines as those guys :P) i render for a living yes, im a 3d guy at an architectural company sometimes i get quite a bit of hands on with the design
thomthom:
and i'll go a step further an show you guys the raw render to show how much post processing helps and to answere the road question..
Btw, out of curiosity, do you use other modelling software for you job? I also work as a 3D monkey at an architectural company, modelmaker actually but recently just doing digital work. I'm always looking for new tools or methods that might be of use.
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.
i only use other 3d apps for importing and remapping stray 3ds i find laying around the internet, but other than that never model in anything other than SU...
FA, beautiful work! PP is really inspiring. I love all the little touches in your designs. I bet there is a lot of us who wish they could play on SU all day and get a paycheck at the end of the week.
yes and well noticed i had tried to put dispacement on them too to give them some shape and make that reflection really stand out (like in real life), but it bombed every time i'll try bump next time...
Biebel: not quite perfect, someone in the vizdepot noticed the bad design (and rendering thereof) refering to the car parked so awkwardly and it would be a deturant to the clients...
Josgarno: theres a Xfrog discussion going on in GENERAL that'll clear things up
Earth mover: best job on the planet ... and they call it work
thanx all
