Here are some recent ones from the same project I posted about a week ago. I was just having fun with a design and wanted to make something to render. But I was still not able to get IES lighting to work properly...I wonder if there is a glitch in the file because every time I click the transparency "m" and set it, then I go select a different material and then go back to the transparency for the IES, it resets itself back to having nothing. Not sure why it does that, but it has really been aggrivating. But I hope you like these and let me know what you think.

Re: Apartment Interior-New Views
Hey Steelers05,
in 1st image it looks like the fireplace dazzling the viewer's eye.
In all images i think that the fireplace looks too bright.
in the last image the 'heineken' beer bottle should be green (btw it's my favorite beer )
Overall Great job on those scenes, i loved the accessories scattered around- adds a lot to realism
p.s. an example of a fireplace (notice the dark places)

Re: Apartment Interior-New Views
Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah i agree, the fireplace is a bit extreme. Ill have to tone it down a little. And the beer was supposed to be green but I think since im having problems with my vray as it is not the most up to date version, I have been experiencing a lot of glitches where I change setttings and then look back and realize they were reset. I think that is what happened with the bottle. Im having the same problem with the IES lights im trying to use

Steelers05,
Very cool POV.
One thing that bothers me a bit is the backdrop image- the view from window, the perspective is wrong.

Re: Apartment Interior-New Views
Thanks guys. Yeah 40th the backdrop is definately off. I ended up just settling because I couldnt find a good image to put there. I seem to run into the problem often. Do you guys know of any good sites to find backdrop images? I usually just work with google, but I can never find good ones.

Re: Apartment Interior-New Views
Adamski-there actually was not much too the glass. I just imported a regular v-ray glass material and then added a green color as the fog color in the refraction tab and set the multiplier to .35 and that was it. Make sure you check "affect shadows" so get a more realistic look. Hope this helps and I apologize for the delayed response.
