Re: Animation....Easier than you may think?

    Thanks Steeler!!

Just another fwe quick questions, at which stage do you use the lightcache? on the final render? or on the pre-pass? should the light cache setting be changed to 'Fly-through' or 'path tracing'?

Also when i render my sequence, i have ceratin things hidden in layers and they switch half way thhrough the animation. But for some reason even though they are shown in the sketchup viewport and they appear when it is rendered as an individual scences, they do not appear when i run the animation in sequence?? Has anybody else had this problem?

Will: I had light cache set to the default. I actually did not do anything to it. And im not sure about the layers thing, I reall never tried something like that. Have you looked at the individual frames ? Because if they are in each frame, then I think the problem would be whatever program you are using to composite the scene, but even that sounds awkward.

Nomer. Keep me updated with any results, im anxious to see what you come up with. But what is this flc fire thing you are talking about ? Im not sure ive heard of it before.

So with SR 1.5 I test animation rendering.
