The design is really excellent trang an, i always love the way you treat your massing and space. As for rendering i should say a lot of issues which you need to be addressed.

1. tiling issues on asphalt floor. perhaps look on freeagen on befoere and after post processin how he treat his asphalt material.

2. a bit oversxposed with the lighting

3. ned to adjsut the sun scale to have a slightly softer shadow

4. the material of your plant and trees need to be tweaked

5. improve the carpaint material

Btw, i like the sepia tone and the slight diffuse glow of the last image.

I'll notice more carefully about the materials and lighting.
the last image I use HDRI for BG and Sky Light, then to have more effects of Photoshop to describe scenery autumn, but has not yet reached. ;D
I need to practice to describe exterior better.
