Nice.

There's one thing which immediately sticks out, and that's the ground. There's a very visible tiling going on. There's a very sharp change in the texture where the sides of the texture meets each other. If you blended them out it'd be fine.

And I think I'd prefer a stronger contrast between the ground and the buildings. In the sepia colours, they seem to have very similar tone.
