  • John's Gallery

Well I just recently started using Vray but here it is. Ive used about every other rendering engine I could get here at the school but Vray definately takes the cake for speed and beauty. I see some of the work done around here and am so amazed. Keep in mind, this is not just for pretty images. The primary goal is to portray the design, not make it super photorealistic. I am an architecture student and Vray is the best way to set MOOD to a piece of work. Sorry about the large images, Im not sure how to scale it down from the website. If you right click and view image it shows the whole thing. Not sure why but only one image shows up so here is the link to my website.

The top few images were created using Grasshopper plugin for Rhino.

Hey man, awesome work, specially the experiments with grasshoper! I'm a recently graduated architect and I'm using rhino since 2005, but I tried grasshopper like a year ago, and I have to say literally kick my ass haha, it was so complicated... I'm thinking start again with grasshopper, specially 'cause the parametric skills improve so much the design/modeling time, any tips, tricks or warnings?
