HI GUYS I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN WORKING ON THIS IMAGE TO PRACTICE EXTERIORS AS I'M NOT THAT GOOD AT IT AND WANT TO IMPROVE MY TEXTUREING AND LIGHTING, SO I STARTED WITH THIS SEMI OUTDOOR SCENE. ANY USEFUL COMMENTS ARE WELCOME. (SKETCH-UP 7 PHOTO-SHOP AND AFTER EFFECTS)

Re: WORN WALL
It looks nice. Though the bump maps looks too strong. I'd make them much more subtle. Other than that it look really good.
(p.s. Could you please not type in all caps? It's a pain to read. If you don't care about capitalising, at least use all lower case.)Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

Re: WORN WALL
If I where to be really nit-picking; you could try to replace the grass in post with some real grass. But as I said, that's really nit-picking. Maybe a slight warp in the glass. Finding it hard to comment on anything else.
I really like the warm tone of the light you got. Care to explain your light setup? Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

Re: WORN WALL
Sorry for the late response guys to answer your questions Thomtom the light setup is pretty much v-ray sky for the environment at default settings, default light checked and physical camera enabled with the settings of 125(shutter speed), 125(iso), 10(f number) and the rest left at default. after rendering the image had more blue than i wanted as i was going for a bright warm Caribbean feel so the rest was done in photoshop to add the color with color balance and i then added the glowing effect with after effects.
The version of v-ray was the first release and the render time was about 4 hrs as my laptop is not the fastest. and again thanks for the comments much appreciated. My name is Lionel.... thanks to asgvis forum http://software.asgvis.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article& id=792&Itemid=30 <br />my first cg contest i'm proud
