The rendering itself looks really great and very realistic, but I dont know if its me, I really think the people arent working right and are kind of taking away from the realism of the scene. I dont know if it is because they are billboards or not, but they just dont seem to fit the scene properly and unless those are lowered hoops, all of those kids are dunking and the coach looks like he could just reach up and touch the rim....they just dont look to be the right scale. Sorry if I sound very critical, but if you can figure out to implement people better, this image will be great...I mean like I said, the model and rendering of the room is practically flawless.
I agree a bit with steeler.... I think the scale is ok.. or at least almost. It's kids that are playing so it's oke the coach can touch the rings. But I think the colours of the people are not correct and maybe the shadow. I think it's better to add the people in photoshop and mess with colours and the innershadow of the people.
Thanks for all the comments guys.
The people were a bit problematic, but their scale is correct. The coach is 1.65m high an the kids are approximately 1.1m (those who are bending).
The Basketball hoops are about 2m high, its Jr. high school sports hall, so it's for kids hight (btw those hoops are adjustable).
Maybe i could blend the people better than i did. Anyway thanks for the constructive comment, appreciated.
Piotr_Zet,
For the scene illumination i used rect. light outside of each window. And sky for GI.
FYI the render time was a bit over 2 hours, because of the refraction on the curtains and the displacement on the ceiling.
Thanks, but when I using GI sky and rectangular light in one scene, rectangular light its not working. I don't know which settings depends it.
When you use sky for GI it probably overpowers the rect. light. Increase Rect. light multiplier (if you are using Physical Cam you'll need high multiplier)
You can also check/test rec. light strength by turning off the GI.
