Very decent job, something about it though makes it feel like a miniature model, maybe the bump on the water being too big or the grain on the rafters being too big, or that all ur view angles are higher than the human eye would be. i like it one thing i would add it a slight over exposed background, and some people incredibly difficult with water scenes but go through this portfolio there is a render of an indoor swimming pool/water park they handled the people very well: http://www.mir-visuals.com/

      good job

Yeah I agree with what has already been said...really nice images but something about them makes them not feel realistic. People will really help though and definately try lowering you water bump scale...maybe not the amount of bump, but the actual scale of the texture. Or put something at the bottom of the pool like the image you have of the swimming lanes to make the water look more like water and less gelotoneous (i think i butchered that spelling, but you know what I mean). Very good start though

Yes fantastic renders, but agree that the bump on the water surface is too large and also the wooden beams. I'm guessing timber this length will be glulam and therefore you need to show the individual timber elements, so really the texture you have on there is just too large.
A few teaks here and there and you'll have an excellent set of images.
