very very nice images. I would consider bumping up the brightness/contrast a bit in photoshop, but that is minor. Really nice lighting. May I ask where you got those plants?

I agree with steelers and 40th, these are very nice! nice model, nice textures, and veeery nice light, specially over the stairs, and the lamp that lights couch! is that SSS? very nice! the only thing i dont like that much is the floor, it looks good but i dont like em that reflective. well done!

Very very nice, clean renders! The skylight and daylight lighting in the background really help create a sense of depth and draw the eye into the images. Only C&C would be to add a little low-glossiness to the chrome so it isn't mirror reflective.
