Sorry to be the bad guy :-\, but i don't think that in real photo the laps would glow so much.
Anyway it's very nice render! Congrats!

your really bad jenny! hehehe. i must say this is one of my dream to do a tropical hotel/restaurant. i jsut love this type of architecture. one day i would. so with this my congratulation with your attampt even you think its difficult.
i think some tweakings are needed.

floor.. perhaps do some suttle blurry reflection and redo your floor material if you want to stretch it. at the moment the groove is too wide.

posts - seem so plasticky.. again blurry your reflection with fair amount of subdivision.

i also like the lamps... though as jenny said they wont glow like that in day time... but keep them for the sake of artistic license...

I like the glow, its a dramatic effect, takes out realism from the picture but delivers a very nice illustration effect, i love the ceiling and the integration with the exterior, nice job.

Great render, Zuusar! I really like the lighting and reflections. My only comment would be to have the sky in the background less white, maybe a more blueish sky.

I think a more orangey sky is needed. The shadows are quite long - almost sunset shadows.

great, great render... i agree with the lamps, they don't glow like that during day time, but come on, they look fantastic.
what i liked the most is the illumination in general.
what did you use to make the glow?

yea who cares if its day time, lol, damm good render!! i love the lamps, i think the glow effect was done in photoshop, the posts maybe too glossy i think but still its one of my favorite renders

yep, i was actually wondering what photoshop plugin he used... it might have been the knoll light factory, but there's also a similar filter in after effects... it's a difuse glow but it gives you that kind of effect, kind of warmer tones, like the ones of the lamps :P
