The render's great! The grass is really nicely added! There's some slight problems on the floor tiles. Presumably a specular map problem? Also, probably a higher resolution texture would work better on the doors and door frame. And the brick would probably looks a bit better (especially at this angle and resolution) with some displacement.

Overall, looking fantastic!
