looks good it will me great if u add IES lights to the spot lights u have and it will look cool if u can proyect an image to the screen

I would love to put IES lights in the scene, but the fixtures that the owner selected don't have any kind of IES effect.

These are looking good! Your materials are really good. Some little things you could do to make it not so bare is to have the chairs in slightly different positions, like at a real conference table. Maybe add some streaming light out of the projector to the screen with an image of it. Also, I would add a slight gap under the door where the threashold would be, adds a nice shadow line. Good work!
