miss your renders nektares.. and now they are here.. hats off to you.. excellent render, the mapping of texture is very delicate... i see that you are using a lot of these evermotion models. did you turn them into low poly? excellent render indeed and you are very careful in arranging your room. hope to see more from you..

I like those render! Nice and Clean!
My only comment is on the glass plates. They are very hard to see. Maybe you can tint a litter bit the glass using fog color or increase a litter bit the IOR value for that glass in order to bend more the rays that past through the glass.

Great Job!

Mr. Nomer:
Yes, it took me several tests to get that couch bumpmap right :P they are not exactly low poly models, but the clean up plugin by thomthom heps alot n_n here you have the topic link if youd didnt knew about it yet, i has saved me lots of useless poly!
http://forums.sketchucation.com/view...0021a0a0dcf86b
i opened an older model, used the plug-in and took like 15 mb away it works like a charm, thomthom rocks! im very glad you liked my renders and yes, you will see more from me soon cheers!

StefanQ:
Thanks! in my humble opinion light mapping and well modeled are not enough, detail must be integrated in that chart, in 1st place light is the most important thing, then great textures come 2nd place, as JDsantos said once, you can make a bad model look good with great textures, but you can also make a great model look bad with poor textures, thats why model is 3rd place, but details are what give movement, and life to spaces, because our brains are used to see stuff everywhere, thats why we need to see those details, like the screws on the bathroom glass holders, or the shoelaces! its easier to get real that way! thanks for your comment! i appreciate it

Simas, StefanQ and Mr.Nomer:
Thank you simas, showing my renders to people who know how they work, and make great work themselves give so much more importance to your opinions. Lets keep it up! and keep sharing our knowledge! that way we all learn and grow together. Thanks again!

FPEDROGO:

Thanks! yes that glass is very dark, i have to decrease the fog value but i noticed that too late and i´m very busy with school u_u i shouldn't be checking the forum i should be studying landscape architecture a have a test in a few hours hehe but thanks for checking them out! i pay attention to all C&C.

Re: Modern Interiors <-- Check them out!

Awesome renders!

Just one suggestion:

To make the textures more realistic and believable, try not to repeat them. For example, your bathroom tiles show some repetitions of the texture. (see image)

Have a terrific day!

i think it would be EVEN better if you add a background behind the window in the kitchen sceene.
one more thing, where did you get the woden floor map from? i've really been looking for one

Hey ken! thanks for the tip! thats easy to fix with photo shop, i will not be that lazy and avoid that on my next render!
that map has only 9 tiles thats why it repeats that much :P

Okey maybe a weird question, but on the last image you have got the clothing and shoes in the closet! how have you made these? is it photoshop or sketchup?

Very nice detail!

Very clean renders and nice materialisation!

Glass is looking good, which glass-settings or vismats do you use?
And do you put a different texture on the side's of the glass-surface?

keep up the good work

btw: what light do you used for your scene? Because there's not that much sunlight i presume.
