Nice lighting and modeling! Everything is very cool except for the first rendering of the lamp.
I see a few areas that I would change. The floor has a steel or vinyl texture that is cool, but it would not wrap up a wall vertically... plus the texture makes distracting patterns.
The cord looks as if someone cut it! I like to make my cords 'exit' the image and be cropped by the page so I don't have to show the plug.
The reflection is odd. You've got red 'lava' fluid with a blue reflection. Those should match, eh?
Re: Ozan B. Gallery [March 2011 Update: Gold Renders]
I did the modeling only partially, mainly the middle wax, fluid and glass, the base shell/model is 3rd party, maybe it was matt's,
as you say I should put some plugs for better detail,
In my opinion blue reflection of hidden lights on the floor is cool giving a modern feel
the lava fluid has its own diffuse color on its own so I suppose no realism issue there, but vray sss doesn't work well and crashes my rhino, so red wax appears more glassy than it has to be
I try to wrap up scene vertically and horizontally for a depth effect, but you may be right it also may be confusing as you say
thanks for the comments master, greatly appreciate it
