the floor looks great and for the most part, the materials are done very well. Maybe a little work on the wood ceiling (add some reflection and bump so it doenst look so flat). Overall I think you have a nice scene, but it just seems a bit dark for the amount of light you would expect coming from outside and the lights that you have indicated on. Keep up the good work. -

Very nice render, dude can you share your vismat for the ceramic floor its really great looks real congrat. I agree with steeler you shoul add more lightining.

Ok its a great render but you can improve some details.
first of all use a better wood map something more dark like your dinning chairs and add reflections to the wood material and glossisness as well, in the ceiling you have a lot of repetitions with the wood and dont like the windows frames its taking the beauty and elegance of you interior.
Secondly you have a light or a lamp in the bottom of the scane in the right corner, im trying to figure out what it is. improve that also!
For the rest you have a great render great furnitures and floor. keep posting bro! pd: sorry for my bad english
