I see to much spot on your wall. If you are using emissive material on the lamp to illuminate the scene, then that is the reason for the spots on the wall. Reduce the intensity of the emissive materials and use rectangular lights in front of the lamps.
For me your sample size are to small and may cause noise on the render as well, 0.01 should be enough.
The edges on the windows seem to be jagged, go to color mapping options and enable clamp output and sub-pixel.
